Degree requirements
The student must complete at least 31 credits to complete the Professional Science Master program.
Course Requirements:
1. Each of the following Required Courses (9-12 credits required credits)
• PHM 819 - Principles of Drug-Tissue interactions (2)
• PHM 830 - Experimental Design & Data Analysis (3)
• PHM 832 - Applied Integrative Pharmacology Lab (Hybrid) (4)
• PHM 895 - Applied Project in Integrative Pharmacology (3-6)
2. Science electives (12 or more credits required)
• PHM 813 - Cardiovascular Pharmacology (3)
• PHM 829 - Neuropharmacology (2)
• PHM 831 - Endocrine Pharmacology (2)
• PHM 833 - Gastro-Intestinal & Liver Pharmacology (2)
• PHM 834 - Respiratory Pharmacology (2)
• PHM 350 - Introduction to Human Pharmacology (3)
• PHM 450 - Introduction to Toxicology (3)
• MT 830 - Concepts in Molecular Biology (2)
• VM 812 - Food Safety Toxicology (3)
3. Professional electives (6 or more credits required)

These courses are entirely online with the exception of PHM 832, which supplements online content with a week-long, on-campus laboratory training and PHM 895 which is typically conducted at the student's workplace or other pre-arranged research facility.
