Medicinal Chemistry Facility

The MSU Medicinal Chemistry Facility offers industry experience in a university setting. Our experienced medicinal chemistry and synthesis expertise supports early-stage discovery and candidate Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient development.

The Facility serves as a campus-wide and community resource, providing investigators with expert consultation on all aspects of the preparation, purification, and pysicial characterization of chemical matter, as well as absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME). We impact research in screening and target validation, series identification and scale-up to support in vitro and in vivo efficacy models.
